Manchester City are lining up a mega offer for Sporting Gijon fullback Jose Angel.
Cadena Ser says City are keeping tabs on the starlet, who is thought to be valued at £15m.
Angel still has almost four years remaining on his contract with Sporting Gijon.
He only broke into Sporting's first team last season, but such has been his progress that along with City, Barcelona, Everton and Wigan Athletic have also made enquiries about his availability.
