Manchester City legend Joe Corrigan has urged manager Roberto Mancini to keep Carlos Tevez away from the first team.

Corrigan says Tevez doesn't deserve a recall.

"Since the Tevez situation reared its head the team spirit has increased, which has been proven by them digging in and getting results," Corrigan told the Manchester Evening News

"I hope Tevez doesn't get the chance to play."
