Manchester City hope to close a deal for Mario Balotelli in the next 24 hours.
The Daily Mail says City hope to push through the Balotelli signing today after agreeing a fee of £20m with Inter Milan plus £3m in add-ons.
City have put a private jet at the Italian striker's disposal to fly him over.
