West Ham United are willing to sell star pair Scott Parker and Craig Bellamy to Manchester City.
The Daily Star says the Hammers have told Manchester City they will have to pay £20m to buy Bellamy and Parker.
City have had a £16m bid for the pair rejected by the Upton Park board, who are insisting on a fair price before selling - despite the financial worries at the club.
The Hammers value Bellamy at £12m and Parker at £10m but would be willing to reach a compromise deal if much of the transfer fee was paid up front.
They believe such a figure, along with hard money immediately, would allow Gianfranco Zola to sign replacements and stop the need to sell any other key players.
