Joe Hart is on the verge of completing a loan move to Italian club Torino.
Reports suggest the Manchester City goalkeeper will fly to Turin on Tuesday to put the finishing touches on a season-long loan with the Serie A outfit.
Hart, 29, has fallen out of favour at the Etihad Stadium since the arrival of Pep Guardiola and will now depart following the signing of Claudio Bravo from Barcelona.
Hart linked up with the England squad at St George's on Monday but has been given permission to travel to Italy to tie up his temporary move according to his agent Jonathan Barnett.
"Yes, Joe Hart will play with Torino. It's done," he told Tuttosport.
"The player said yes to the club and also Manchester City have given the green light. It is all true.
"Tomorrow [Tuesday] Hart will have a medical in Turin."
