Joe Hart was full of praise for the Manchester City faithful following their final home game of the season on Sunday.

City drew 2-2 with Arsenal before saying their goodbyes to the fans, who were out in full force throughout the 2015/16 season, prompting Hart to reserve a special message for those who were in attendance at the Etihad Stadium.

"A special note from the players," Hart told CityTV from the centre of the pitch.

"It's a really tough thing to support a football team, especially Manchester City.

"We appreciate everything they do, the money that goes into it, we love you guys and we want to win as much as we can for you and we thank you for your continued support."

Fourth-placed City finish the season with an away trip to Swansea City next weekend.
