Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart says Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson will have had his reasons for allowing Carlos Tevez to leave last year.
Hart remained diplomatic, however, when asked the thorny question of whether Ferguson was right to let him go.
"He was great for United but the manager will have had his reasons why he didn't take Carlos on and I don't think you can question him.
"I'm sure he weighed it all up. He is one of the greatest managers who has ever lived, so if he decided that Carlos wasn't right for his club, then that's how it is. We're just glad he joined us."
