Joe Hart has completed a medical ahead of his season-long loan with West Ham United.

The Hammers will have the option of signing the Manchester City goalkeeper on a permanent basis at the end of the season.

The 30-year old spent last season on loan with Serie A side Torino.

Hart fell further down the pecking order at City when Benfica shot-stopper Ederson arrived at the Etihad last month.
