Manchester City outcast Joe Hart is on Southampton's radar.

The Sun says the Saints are quietly teeing up a move for Manchester City outcast Hart in case they lose his 28-year-old fellow Three Lions international.

Fraser Forster's name is being whispered at places like Everton and that is enough for Southampton to become a little edgy.

Hart, 29, is looking to come back to the Premier League after his season-long loan with Italians Torino and Saints would be in the hunt alongside other top-flight sides.

The St Mary's outfit have also been tipped off that the terms of a loan for Hart would be favourable as City help the player move on — and ideally to a club not seen as a rival.

But Torino have shown an interest in keeping heart in Serie A.
