West Ham is lining up a possible loan deal for Joe Hart, if a permanent deal cannot be completed.
According to Sky Sports, the Manchester City shot-stopper's wages are considered a roadblock for the Hammers to complete a permanent deal.
Hart spent last season on loan at Torino, and it is expected he will once again leave City this summer.
The England international revealed that he has not received any offers yet this offseason.
He said: "I need an offer first and then I need to work out my options if I have choices. I want to be playing at the highest possible level, pushing myself.
"It's a short career. I want to push everything out of me. Physically I feel in great condition and I want to go again."
