Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart isn't about to sulk over his axing by manager Manuel Pellegrini.

The Daily Star says Hart accepts his 'rest' will benefit him in the long run.

He will be on the Manchester City bench when they meet CSKA Moscow in the Champions League at the Etihad Stadium tonight.

It will be the third consecutive game in which he has been overlooked in favour of Costel Pantilimon following a series of high-profile blunders.
