Man City keeper Hart accepts major pay-cut for Burnley switch

Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart has accepted a major pay-cut to move to Burnley.

The Daily Mail says Hart is set for a medical at Turf Moor as the goalkeeper gears up to bring an end to a 12-year stay at Manchester City.

Burnley have offered the 31-year-old an opportunity to continue at the highest level, with the transfer worth in the region of £4million.

Hart has verbally agreed a three-year deal that represents a significant paycut at Turf Moor.

Hart will be a Burnley player if there are no last-minute hiccups with the paperwork this weekend.
