Manchester City have joined the interest for Kalmar midfielder Rasmus Elm.
The Times says City watched Elm compete for Kalmar in the 1-1 draw against Elfsborg on Saturday.
The Sweden player, 21, has been linked with Everton and Fulham and been the subject of offers from Heerenveen and Valenciennes.
"The more clubs who are interested, the better for us," Jonny Pettersson, the Kalmar chairman, said. "A serious offer has not come in from Everton. We have got offers from another English club and a Dutch one."
