Manchester City are ready to offer skipper Richard Dunne to Newcastle United for goalkeeper Shay Given.
The People says Newcastle have previously knocked back a £6m straight cash bid for Given. But City will go back in with a player-plus-money offer - with Dunne valued at around £4m - and are clear favourites to get their man.
