Manchester City are ready to make a January bid for Arsenal attacker Alexis Sanchez.
The Daily Mail says City are planning a further £20m bid for Sanchez in January.
And that could come as a boost to AC Milan, who are monitoring Sergio Aguero's situation at the Etihad Stadium ahead of a potential winter swoop for the Argentinian.
Sanchez has been a long-term target for City manager Pep Guardiola, who wants to bolster his stunning forward line. They are already the top scorers in the Premier League.
His arrival would raise questions over Aguero's place in the squad - and it was understood that Guardiola was willing to let the 29-year-old leave.
