Manchester City are ready to hand teenage striker Danny Sturridge a new £45,000-a-week contract.
The Sun says the City golden boy, 19, has yet to agree a new deal, despite being out of contract in the summer.
But striker Sturridge's advisors will meet club officials over the next fortnight to thrash out an agreement.
And because City value him at around £8million, they are ready to offer him around FIVE times his current wage and pay him around £45,000 a week.
