Manchester City are demanding a buy-back option in Angelino's deal with PSV Eindhoven.
After a successful season on-loan with NAC Breda, Angelino has attracted serious interest from PSV.
Eindhovens Dagblad says PSV believe they have settled on a €5m fee with City for the Spanish left-back, though some issues still need to be settled.
Front and centre is City's demand for a buy-back clause to be inserted in the agreement and for a set fee.
For the moment, the two clubs are haggling over a price for the option, though there is a confidence at PSV of an agreement soon being struck.
