Manchester City hero Darren Huckerby says Carlos Tevez has cost the club the title.
The AWOL striker hit a hat-trick in victory at Norwich City on Saturday.
Huckerby told talkSPORT: "City fans must be thinking that if [Tevez had] been here for the last six months, 'how many points would we be ahead of Man United?'
"The fact of the matter is, he had six months off and that has cost City [the title]. Whatever anybody says, Tevez has cost City this season.
"A fit, motivated Tevez would surely have seen Manchester City at least five, six or ten points ahead of everyone else because that's how good he is."
