Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart admits the final game of last season - for their title win - was a greatest rollercoaster he's experienced.
He is still in shock over the final few minutes of City's game against QPR at the Etihad Stadium, in which City scored twice to seal the win that wrenched the Premier League title from neighbours Manchester United.
"I was a lost soul at 2-1 down," he said. "I was on the pitch but had no input over what was going on. When Edin (Dzeko) scored I thought we might get one chance, and then it went in and I don't really know what happened. All hell broke loose.
"Football-wise, it was the worst then the best that can happen to anybody. I've watched it a couple of times since because I wanted to know what had happened.
"I'd like to think it has prepared me for all events. It has taught me to deal with whatever comes my way."
