Man City held at home by battling Fulham

All the action came in the second half at Eastlands as Manchester City took a two goal lead, only for Fulham to fight back for a point and end City's 100% home record this season. Four goals in 16 second half minutes decided the spoils.

City took the lead early in the second half through Joleon Lescott then doubled their lead moments later when Martin Petrov exchanged passes with Gareth Barry before curling in.

It took the visitor's eight minutes to draw level and ultimately earn a point as firstly Duff fired in and then Clint Dempsey headed home from a free-kick.

Both sides had chances to take maximum points but in the end had to settle for an honourable draw.
