Manchester City will fine Robinho after he took off from a training camp in Spain to return on Monday.

It is believed manager Mark Hughes was unaware that Robinho was returning home to Brazil to attend a family matter and the club is expected to take action.

City chief executive Garry Cook said Robinho had made a 'breach of internal discipline' and unless he can reveal that he informed any officials he is likely to be fined by the club.
