Manchester City are finalising a deal for Ashdod FC midfielder Nir Biton.
The 20 year-old attacking midfielder is still on the books at Ashdod, but expected to sign for City this summer ahead of being loaned out.
Standard Liege management have been approached by City about taking the 20 year-old next season.
Biton has been likened to Barcelona star Cesc Fabregas and had a week training at City in January.
