Manchester City face missing out on FC Groningen prospect Richairo Zivkovic.
The 16 year-old is on the brink of putting pen to paper on a three-year deal with Groningen.
The club's sports director Hans Nijland revealed to Voetbal International: "According to his agent, there were PSV, Ajax and Manchester City ready to pick him up."
