Manchester City are being linked with Porto defender Eliaquim Mangala.
The Daily Mail says City are in the market for a new centre-half and Mangala is on their radar.
The French defender has emerged as one of the best in Europe and has had scouts from City, Manchester United and AC Milan in regular attendance. City also like PSG's Thiago Silva but both would be expensive.
