Manchester City are lining up a bid for Lazio midfielder Cristian Ledesma.
The Argentine is a favourite of City boss Roberto Mancini, who tried to sign him when in charge of Inter Milan.
Ledesma is viewed at City as a potential replacement for Nigel de Jong.
