Manchester City have started to line-up alternatives after a move for Jorginho continues to drag on.
According to Sky Sports, the Premier League champions are considering Southampton's Mario Lemina or Real Madrid's Mateo Kovacic.
It is understood a second City bid for Jorginho, believed to be worth £50m, was sent to Napoli on Wednesday
While talks are continuing for the Italian midfielder, the Sky Blues have started to look at other options.
Sky in Italy claim City have given Napoli one week to accept their latest bid or else they will drop their interest.
