Man City excited by rejuvenated Ronaldinho
Manchester City are ready to try again for AC Milan star Ronaldinho.
Sport says should City agree to sell Robinho to Barcelona, they will seek to replace the winger with his Brazil teammate Ronaldinho. Ronie came close to joining City when he chose to leave Barca last year and recently has returned to his best form under Milan coach Leonardo.
City's powerbrokers are reluctant to part with Robinho unless they have a high-profile replacement lined up - and Ronaldinho fits the bill. Despite his sluggish start to the season, Ronaldinho is now proving himself capable of recapturing his best form - which is exciting City's board and marketing chiefs.
