Manchester City are determined to offload goalkeeper Joe Hart on a permanent move this summer, according to the Daily Mail.
The 30-year-old spent last season on loan at Serie A side Torino, and the report claims that Premier League sides Newcastle and West Ham are interested in another loan move for him.
However, City have blocked a loan move for Hart and have insisted that he will only leave on a permanent deal.
The England international has two years left on his £120,000-a-week contract with the Citizens.
