Manchester City fullback Pablo Zabaleta insists they're at the beginning of a "new project" under manager Manuel Pellegrini.
The Argentina international insists this season's inconsistent form will soon be ironed out.
"Every project needs some time, some time. I've been here six years, I have been fortunate to experience the process: the fight for a place in the UEFA Cup, for the championship, the Champions League, albeit with a poor presence in the first two years," Zabaleta told Marca.
"We continue to work to Pellegrini's plans, who is looking for a good style of play. We are growing."
