Manchester City defender Kolo Toure says Fulham boss Mark Hughes deserves greater credit for what he did during his time at Eastlands.
His old skipper Toure insists the work Sparky did should not be forgotten.
Asked if Hughes would deserve half the credit if City win a trophy or finish in the top four this season, the Ivory Coast star said: "Yes, that's a fair comment.
"It will mean Mark did his job and Roberto Mancini has done his job. They've both done a very good job.
"It was difficult for Mark. There were new players coming and going and a lot of changes.
"It's always hard when a manager leaves and he's a very good one. He has done very well for Fulham already.
"I expect him to come here and try to attack. We know it will be tough."
