Manchester City defender Micah Richards admits he didn't get on with former manager Roberto Mancini.

Richards lost his first team place last season, though insists he holds no grudge.

"As much as it didn't work out for Roberto Mancini in the end, the three years I had with him improved me massively as a player. Over the last couple of years the fact we've had the best defence in the Premier League shows that. I'm just happy to be back and hopefully I can do the same with the new guy."
