Manchester City defender Micah Richards is convinced they can unsettle Chelsea today.
He told City's website: "It seems the better team we play, the better football we play. We went to Liverpool and played a cracking game there, against Chelsea at home we played good football. They have some great players, we just have to give it everything like we did on Thursday.
"We have good players, maybe other teams are a bit nervous because we are now playing good football. People are maybe noticing that now, but we are not going out there to end their title challenge or anything, we just have to concentrate on what we have to do and go for three points."
Richards is positive when asked whether City can target seventh place in the Barclays Premier League table, which could lead to a UEFA Cup spot depending on the outcome of the FA Cup.
"I don't see why not, if we can sharpen up our away form there is no reason why we can't get there. Chelsea will be tough, but we like the tough games."
