Manchester City defender Karim Rekik has suffered an ankle injury while on-loan with PSV Eindhoven.
The Holland international faces four months out, says Voetbal International.
PSV coach Philip Cocu has made Rekik a first-choice this season and has sent the 18 year-old to London for City medics to give a second opinion on the injury.
