Matija Nastasic is clear for Manchester City to face Manchester United tonight.

The Daily Mail says the young Serbian has been absent recently with an infected foot but has been given the green light to play in tonight's game with Manchester United by City doctors.

Nastasic's fitness now gives City manager Roberto Mancini a dilemma in terms of selection. He is due to meet with his coaches early this afternoon to decide on his team for tonight's game.
