Manchester City defender Vincent Kompany says they must not take FA Cup opponents Notts County lightly.
County lie 59 league places below City and the Belgian wants his side to dictate the pace from the kick-off.
"We have seen what has happened in this competition so far. They have gone to Sunderland and won there," he told mcfc.co.uk.
"We have to adapt. We have to make sure we are not influenced by their game. We want to play our game. If we don't we will be in trouble."
