Manchester City defender Jason Denayer is up for his clash with Real Madrid star Gareth Bale.
Denayer could start for Belgium against Wales in their Euro qualifier.
He said: "Am I afraid of playing against Gareth Bale? No, I am happy with that.
"Since I was young I have worked hard to try and play against the best players in the world, so it would be great to be on the pitch against him.
"The best way to stop him is just to defend well. I have had some international experience with the game in Israel, and I am confident after my season with Celtic in Glasgow.
"So of course I want to be on that pitch in Cardiff."
