Manchester City assistant coach Angelo Gregucci was again in Italy on a scouting trip over the weekend.
Mediaset says Gregucci attended Fiorentina's clash with Cagliari to check on Stevan Jovetic, though the striker lasted only 30 minutes before suffering a thigh injury.
Gregucci has already confirmed City's interest in Jovetic this year.
