Manchester City are confident they're close to finding the culprit responsible for hacking into their scouting database.
The People says options open to the Blues include legal proceedings against the suspected hackers and formal complaints to the Premier League and to the FA's compliance and governance unit.
City could also sue for millions if any of their transfer targets have been compromised.
Last week's Sunday People exclusive sparked a security review at major clubs, though there is no suggestion that the Scout7 system for tracking global talent is at fault.
