Manchester City are close to a £3.5 million agreement for Crystal Palace striker Victor Moses.
The Daily Star says City spent the weekend thrashing out terms after cash-strapped Palace lowered their demands for the 19-year-old striker.
City's football administrator Brian Marwood returned for more detailed talks with Palace last week and the move has inched closer after Palace conceded they would need to lower their valuation.
