Unsettled Barcelona striker David Villa is wanted by Manchester City.

The People says Sergio Aguero could be on his way out of the Etihad - with Barcelona star Villa ­already being lined up as a mega-money replacement.

It is understood that City sporting director Txiki Begiristain and chief executive Ferran Soriano - with their strong Barca links - have ­identified Villa as a potential transfer target.
