Manchester City executive chairman Garry Cook admits he'd like to see promotion and relegation abolished from the Premiership.
The former Nike chief revealed: "I am a fan of a central entity of clubs, a smaller league,' he revealed. 'And I wouldn't like to have promotion and relegation. Once you get central entity, you basically share the wealth."
