Manchester City and Chelsea are chasing Napoli star Ezequiel Lavezzi at the end of the season.
Lavezzi was outstanding for Napoli in their Champions League first-leg win over Chelsea last week.
Mediaset says Chelsea and City are ready to bid big to prise Lavezzi away from Naples this summer.
