Manchester City, Chelsea and Arsenal are battling for Barcelona superkid Gai Assulin.
The 16 year-old is about to be capped by Israel this week and counts on Pini Zahavi as his agent. Zahavi has close ties to several Premiership clubs, including City and Chelsea, and told DiarioSport: "It's true that my offices has received some offers for the player."
