Turkey midfielder Mehmet Topal is interesting Chelsea and Manchester City.

The Daily Mail says the 25-year-old midfielder has caught the eye in his first season at Valencia since his £5m move from Galatasaray.

Topal, a one-time target of Everton, has a £10million buy-out clause in his contract with the Spanish side.
