Manchester City are in talks for Sporting Lisbon teen Armindo Banga Bruma.
A Bola says City boss Roberto Mancini is a big fan of Bruma and been pushing to land the youngster for much of the summer.
Mancini has taken charge of negotiations in order to land Bruma.
The teen has been likened to Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo.
