Manchester City are eyeing Santos teen Zezinho.
A Bola says City boss Roberto Mancini is competing with former employers Inter Milan for the 18 year-old attacking midfielder.
Santos rate Zezinho at £8 million.
The youngster has also been a long-term target for Arsenal and chose Santos ahead of the Gunners when leaving Juventude last January.
