Hertha Berlin striker Marko Pantelic is a £7 million target for Manchester City.
The Serbia striker top-scored for Hertha with 13 goals last season but has rejected their offer of a new £2.4m-a-year deal, and wants to move on.
He has also played for Red Star Belgrade, Sturm Graz, Celta Vigo and Lausanne.
