Manchester City are chasing Gremio striker Everton.
The 17 year-old made his senior debut last month and scored 20 goals for Gremio's youth side last season.
City are finalising partnership agreements with Portuguese clubs Boavista and Gil Vicente where they will house their Brazilian signings.
