Manchester City plan to go on homegrown spending spree this summer.
Top of their shopping list is Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere, says the Daily Star Sunday.
City are concerned about their quota of home-produced players and plan to address that situation in the summer.
England ace Wilshere, 23, is one of the potential targets mentioned by Etihad Stadium bosses.
In recent years they have snapped up Gael Clichy, Bacary Sagna, Samir Nasri and Emmanuel Adebayor from the Gunners.
And Arsenal legend Patrick Vieira is City's Elite Development coach.
