Manchester United and Manchester City are going head-to-head for PSV Eindhoven star Memphis Depay.

The Sun says City's head of recruitment, Gary Worthington, was sent to watch Depay last week.

The Holland winger is a favourite of United boss Louis van Gaal, with PSV coach Phillip Cocu resigned to losing him at the end of the campaign.

Tottenham and Real Madrid have also watched Depay this season.
